Atlantic City on Friday launched a total rehab of its oldest affordable housing complex with plans to make the 126 homes and community center at Buzby Village more flood-resilient. The complex sits along a flood-prone strip of the city’s back bay. Like most affordable housing along the Jersey coast, Buzby Village is in an area threatened by rising ocean levels.
