#### Governor Beshear says a statewide mask mandate is under active consideration, as the COVID pandemic worsens.
He says his administration is concerned about hospital bed space.
Kentucky had more than 32-hundred cases today, and the positivity rate of 12 and a half percent is the highest ever.
#### New criticism today of the Beshear Administration's mask mandate for schools and day cares, as a legislative committee deemed the new regulation "deficient."
The Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee voted along party lines, with Republicans backing the deficient vote.
This does not repeal the mask mandate, but signals the General Assembly's intent to debate it during the 20-22 session.
