- It's interesting when we look back on this.

Life's gonna change whether we want it to or not, so I guess in the end, Doctor, what do you do when you find yourself playing calendar Tetris again?

- Well, yes, I think the slide, I mean, we've been wrestling with it in my household even just now, like even after this article has come out for sure.

- I bet.

- And one thing that I wrote about in "Minimalist Parenting" with my coauthor Asha Dornfest, this was way back, is something I always feel like parents should do.

And that is to kind of just remember that your level of business and life is a moving target, so you have to kinda continue to evaluate and recalibrate.

So I actually call it sort of doing a calendar check-in, a calendar edit, kinda going back, and actually in the book, I refer to it as trying to figure out your Goldilocks level of busy.

So looking at weeks that feel too busy, looking at weeks that feel kinda boring, and then, trying to find that sweet spot and then, adjusting accordingly and doing a week in review regularly to try to get closer to that target.
