And I'm here with Justin Aulds from Kentucky Health Solutions, and he's going to answer one of the questions that we didn't get to during the forum.

Justin, as people are considering enrollment, there are a lot of things to consider.

Could you talk about penalties and how that plays a part?

Yeah, So it's very important to think about what you're doing ahead of time because there are plenty of Medicare penalties.

One of which is a part B penalty.

So if you enroll in Part B late, that will give you a penalty of 10% for every 12 months that you don't have it.

There's also a part D late enrollment penalty.

So, for instance, if you're working past 65 and you have work coverage, then you can delay your enrollment in such things, but you may get a penalty if it's not considered credible and your employer does have to notify you of that.

And this year, with the changes to the drug plans, they have to notify you by October 15th.
