Kentucky parents are still having a hard time finding baby formula in stores. The problem began in February when the FDA closed the Abbott Nutrition plant in Michigan because of bacteria that caused four babies to become sick. Gov. Andy Beshear said Americans need more warning before the FDA takes that kind of action. Dr. Steven Stack, is warning parents not to make their own formula.
