Court will hear legal challenge to governor’s executive order

“I have no choice but to get it, unless I want to lose my job,” said one worker of a COVID-19 booster shot. She was referring to Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order requiring vaccinations -- boosters included -- for health care employees and staff in congregate settings, including prisons, with no testing opt-out permitted. She warned that without a testing opt-out, others will quit.
