Critics question the long-term value of replenishment projects
It seems there is a never-ending battle to replenish shorelines that shrink due to beach erosion. In Monmouth County on Monday, U.S. Rep. Frank Pallone (D-6th) announced that millions in federal funds will be spent to replenish two areas of the shoreline in Long Branch.
