In this edition of "Beyond the Dish," ideastream's Lauren Wilson visits restaurateur and chef Steve Schimoler of Crop Bistro and Bar in Ohio City, who is using his eatery to pay homage to that era and has taken the old saying "put your money where your mouth is."
