Governor Beshear vetoed House Bill 495 that sought to overturn his ban on conversion therapy.

Governor Andy Beshear has signed dozens of bills into law and vetoed several as well, including House Bill 495. The bill would prohibit Medicaid for paying for hormone therapy or gender-affirming surgeries for transgender Kentuckians and seeks to overturn the governor's ban on conversion therapy for minors.
