Many New Jersey bosses must decide on their own whether to mandate vaccinations after the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday struck down President Biden's vaccinate-or-test mandate for businesses employing 100 or more people. Before the court ruled the mandate is too broad, business leaders dealing with staff shortages had feared a federal mandate could push even more workers to quit.
