Rhode Island PBS Weekly tours Providence’s Black Heritage sites. First, an in-depth look at Black baseball played at what was once Kinsley Field, home to the Providence Giants. Then, Weekly visits Randall Street to explore the history of the Celebrity Club, which saw some of the greatest Black artists of all time perform for an integrated audience in a segregated 1950’s Providence.
