Residents of Jordan Road, Woodbridge face potential flooding whenever heavy rains fall; they were hit hard in Tropical Storm Ida. When Woodbridge asked homeowners there if they would consider selling their flood-prone houses through New Jersey’s Blue Acres program, many applied.
