NJ attorney general’s office released body cam video of police shooting, killing Deborah Terrell
At 4 a.m. on Aug. 8, officers from the New Brunswick police department went to an apartment building on Neilson Street in the city after a 911 call reporting that a resident, Deborah Terrell, “was disturbing other residents” in the apartment building, according to the attorney general’s office.
