If the first gubernatorial debate Tuesday night was any indication, the mud-slinging will ramp up as Gov. Phil Murphy and Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli hit the campaign trail in the final weeks before the election. Ask either side and they’ll both say their guy won. Neither candidate made a serious misstep.
