Rhode Island PBS Weekly gives a first look at "Breaking Good," an upcoming Rhode Island PBS documentary by contributing producer and director Dorothy Dickie. This film explores the escalation of the incarceration of women since the war on drugs was declared in the 1980s. Two New England women share their stories of the years they spent behind bars and how they have turned their lives around.
