As an abstract artist, Jason Rohlf gives thought to how viewers are guided through works of art. He finds inspiration in everyday surroundings and the common images used to help us travel along our daily lives. By taking ordinary symbols and navigational aids out of their original context, this Brooklyn-based artist challenges us to experience those images in a whole new way.
