From VPBS in Las Vegas Painter and illustrator Joseph Watson spends his time observing the world around him. When he first arrived in Las Vegas, he saw the city as one big blank canvas – and he was ready to paint. He has since become an integral member of the downtown Las Vegas arts district and he shares with us his process and his dedication to his community that stretches beyond the canvas.
