With more than 12,000 roses spanning over 400 varieties, the Park of Roses in Clintonville is considered one of the premier municipal rose gardens in the United States and a local treasure. Longtime volunteer Paul Gibson tells us about the history and appeal of the 13-acre park. And then listen in on rose expert Peter Schneider who judged last year’s Rose Show.
