Each spring since 1982, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in each congressional district in the nation. The winning works from each Congressional district, including one by Hilliard Davidson High School student Cassidy Boyuk, will be displayed for one year inside the U.S. Capitol building.
