This summer, Donna Collins began her new post as executive director of the Ohio Arts Council. The OAC is a state agency that was created in 1965 to provide support to artists through various grant-funding programs and to provide services to enhance the growth of the arts in Ohio. WOSU General Manager Tom Rieland sat down with Collins in the Riffe Gallery to talk about her vision for the agency.
