Amy Knight of Columbus has spent the past few years carving sculptures for her expansive nativity scene, which is on display every year at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Victorian Village. The setting features 25 figures and 65 animals that range from the traditional angels and three kings, to vultures, giraffes and even an Egyptian queen.
