The College National Finals for the Rube Goldberg Machine Contest took place at COSI.

Rube Goldberg was a Pulitzer-Prize winning cartoonist, inventor and humorist best known for drawing eccentric and complex machines that use everyday items to complete a simple task. His legacy lives on through the annual Rube Goldberg Machine Contest, where students nationwide design and construct crazy devices that complete an assigned task.
