Stickwork

Clip: Season 1 Episode 34 | 3m 33s

Patrick Dougherty has found a way to combine his carpentry skills with his love of nature.

From KUHT in Houston Patrick Dougherty has found a way to combine his carpentry skills with his love of nature by creating large-scale installations out of sticks and saplings. His unique structures are very much a part of the landscape, but yet very dreamlike and whimsical. Through his tools and techniques, he shows us that construction materials can come in many different forms.
