Along the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy Rivers is where Tim Reitenbach has decided to install his metal wire sculptures of, well, cows. What began as a joke about walking on water led to a very real sculpture art installation. In this segment, find out how Reitenbach says that we should embrace and reinvent the term ‘cowtown.’
