Virginia Overton Sculpture at the New CML

Clip: Season 3 Episode 42 | 4m 23s

The newly renovated main branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library is scheduled to reopen to the public on June 25, 2016. Gone is the marble façade on the east face of the building, and it its place is an airy wall of windows breathing light into the new space. The discarded marble was put to use in a new sculpture by New York-based artist Virginia Overton who salvaged the demolition debris.
