Considered the pottery capital of the world, it seems only fitting that the city of Zanesville established the inaugural Zanesville Prize for Contemporary Ceramics competition. This September, one hundred finalists were selected from among thousands of entries worldwide to compete for a best-in-show award of $20,000. The event included workshops by master ceramicists.
