We were at Bad Axe Tool Works where we make hand-crafted back saws and panel saws.
The name started in Bad Ax County which is now La Crosse, Wisconsin.
I'm a maker at heart.
I've been working at Bad Axe for three and a half years now.
At the time, I didn't know how to use any tools, but here I am today making saws, and I've probably made thousands of saws over the past three years.
Doing great at it.
So each saw has its own set of requirements.
Whether it's how we set the teeth, how we sharpen ‘em.
We have a handle, the saw back, the fasteners.
That's everything it takes to create a back saw.
It's a lot of practice.
It takes us anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to create a saw.
