According to NJ REALTORS, closed sales were up 17% last month compared to a year ago.
The number of available homes for sale has dropped significantly compared to last year, which has led to higher prices. The median sales price for all properties was $370,000 last month, a nearly 20% increase over the prices seen a year ago.
