If you’re looking to buy a single-family home in New Jersey, you could shell out more than a half-million dollars. The median sales price for a single-family home in New Jersey reached $510,000 in June, up 12% from a year ago, when it was $455,000, according to New Jersey Realtors. Closed sales dropped more than 15% in June compared to last year.
