New fund commits $1.7 million in financial support
Minority business owners in New Jersey have more difficulty getting loans and capital to support their businesses, a problem that worsened during the pandemic. But a new effort is underway in Newark to try to change that. Prudential Financial, JP Morgan Chase and the Rockefeller Foundation have launched the Entrepreneurs of Color Fund in Newark.
