This side dish is delicious any time of year and can be adjusted depending on the dried fruit used. Butternut squash is dense and much like sweet potatoes in texture when cooked. Along with the cranberries, onions, celery and garlic, the flavors are perfect for winter and go well with chicken, turkey, and pork.
