A record number take part in the London Christmas Parade in Tulare County.

The community of London celebrated the Christmas season with an annual parade. This year it was bigger and better than ever. There were 26 entries, including two marching bands. Rob Isquierdo, the man behind the Library for London Project, helped organize this year’s parade. Fundraising is paying off. A library, housed in a portable building, is set to open at the end of February 2015.
