The Arts Alliance of Three Rivers book “Sierra Wonders” captures the beauty of the region. Arts Visalia is partnering with the Arts Alliance of Three Rivers to produce an exhibit highlighting the works of the artists and writers in the book. The exhibit runs through March 28th.
