Work with green technology leads to opportunities for students and an award for school.

Yosemite High School in Merced County received the honor of being named a California Green Ribbon School. The continuation high school was the first in the Central Valley to receive the honor. The State Superintendent visited the campus to get a first hand look at the hands on work experience students are receiving. Their work in "green" industry jobs, like solar, is leading to paying jobs.
