First 5 Fresno County breaks ground on new Lighthouse for Children project.

Community leaders came together to celebrate the groundbreaking of the “Lighthouse for Children,” a new community learning center at Tulare and N Street in downtown Fresno. The project is funded by First 5 Fresno County. The facility will house a Child Development Center, learning center for families and professionals, along with the First 5 Fresno County administrative offices.
