After 3 years of fundraising a public library opens in the Tulare Co. community of London.

The Tulare County community of London now has their own public library. Three years ago Robert Isquierdo Jr. set out with the goal of bringing a library to his hometown. He believes that the library will help students do better in school and teach them about the greater World. The library features four internet computers, books and movies.
