Over 6,000 students take part in the 56th annual Peach Blossom Festival at Fresno State.
Elementary school students from nearly 200 San Joaquin Valley schools attended the 56th annual Peach Blossom Festival at Fresno State. The event celebrates oral interpretation. Students read and perform poetry in front of their peers, parents and judges. Peach Blossom not only strengthens children’s public speaking skills, but allows them the opportunity to see and explore a college campus.
