Families get up early to soak up the sights and sounds of Clovis Fest 2013. Every September hot air balloons are launched from the Clovis Rodeo Grounds. Visitors are allowed to get up close to the balloons and watch them take off. In this video you get a behind the scenes look at what takes place at Clovis Fest. You also get a bird’s eye view as we go flying above the Central Valley.
