Children need someone to speak up for them while they are in the foster care system.
Each year hundreds of kids in Tulare County are detained because of abuse and neglect. These children, through no fault of their own, enter a system that can be difficult and confusing. CASA of Tulare County gives children a voice in the court system. We give them someone who cares only for the child's best interest. We need volunteers. Learn more at: CasaTulareCo.org
