Veteran’s Benefit Run-Walk 5K/10K

A race in Exeter helps raise money for local veterans.

American Legion Post #94 and EFamilies, a community group of families of active duty military in Exeter, hosted a Veteran’s Benefit Run-Walk. The 5K and 10K races raised money for the Assistance Service Dog Educational Center in Woodlake. Dogs are trained to help veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. The race takes place each year on the Saturday following Veterans Day.
