Fresno’s Fulton Mall will likely open up to vehicle traffic. The U.S. Transportation Secretary visited Fresno to announce a $15.9 million federal grant to reconstruct the Fulton Mall. The future of the downtown mall has been debated for years. Since the 1960’s Fulton has been closed to traffic. Fresno Mayor and Congressman Jim Costa are among those excited about the idea of opening Fulton Mall
