Interviews with Valley residents that came out to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Fulton Street Reconstruction Project. When the Fulton Mall opened in 1965, Fulton Street was closed to traffic from Inyo to Tuolumne. The reconstruction project will bring vehicle traffic back to the street in hopes of helping revitalize downtown Fresno. Complete should be in mid-2017.
