Manuel Cunha is the president of the Nisei Farmers League. He also farms citrus in Fresno County and previously taught at Reedley College, Cal Poly and Sierra High. Mr. Cunha was named the 2016 Agriculturalist of the Year by the Fresno Chamber of Commerce.
