Fresno Police partners with Fresno Building Healthy Communities to form youth council.

Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer, alongside Fresno Boys and Men of Color and Fresno Building Healthy Communities, announced the formation of a Youth Advisory Council that will elevate youth voice within the Fresno P.D. and the city of Fresno.
