Creating community transformation through active participation in the three spheres.

In order to unify the community behind a shared vision, a Circle of Stewards consisting of the leaders of the three spheres, representatives of organizations committed to serving the whole, demonstrated stewards, and elected officials must represent the whole. A great community has coordinated leadership, an effective political sector, engaged institutions and citizens.
