It may be the coolest place in the Central Valley. U.S. Cold Storage is the home to thousands upon thousands of frozen and refrigerated food products. Everything from juice concentrate to hamburger patties are stored at the Fresno plant. Temperatures in one deep freeze area is 60 degrees below zero. U.S. Cold Storage was a sponsor of the 2014 Fresno Food Expo.
