Fleeing genocide, Cambodians build America's largest Buddhist temple to find healing.
Thousands of Cambodians fled genocide in their home country, many arriving in Minnesota in the 1980s. Minnesota's Cambodian community found healing and belonging through building what is now the largest Buddhist temple in North America in rural Hampton, Minnesota. - [Sour] We have such traumatic memories of the genocide and able to find peace here on the ground of Hampton, Minnesota.
There's no words to describe that.
