A handful of mayoral races are on the ballot in this election -- in Atlantic City, Edison, Morristown, Plainfield, Parsippany and Camden. In Camden, just a few months after Frank Moran resigned as mayor -- and Vic Carstarphen was appointed to the position -- voters get their say.
