In Atlanta, some neighborhoods suffer from what’s known as concentrated poverty, where poor individuals and families live near one another, leading to more crime and less job opportunities. NewsHour Weekend's Megan Thompson reports on strategies to turn these areas around. This is part of an ongoing series of reports called “Chasing the Dream,” which reports on poverty and opportunity in America.
