Michigan's term limits: Keep them? Change them? Now, there's a new idea underfoot.

It’s been almost three decades since Michigan voters approved term limits for our state legislators. One Detroit explains how term limits came to MI, just one of fifteen states that has them, and some of the problems attributed to the restrictions. Now there’s bipartisan idea from Lansing that could extend terms in the legislature that requires the legislature to get a proposal on the ballot.
